2014 Pinot Noir Bien Nacido Vineyard

Everyone knows this vineyard is one of the best in Santa Barbara County and our ageless expression is sure to delight your palate. The red garnet color sets the stage for cherry, black currant and black plum on the nose. Enjoy the velvety tannins with layers of jammy fruit, hints of allspice and subtle sweet pipe tobacco. Wild game, lamb or roasted duck with cherry reduction sauce are natural pairing complements for this wine. Olallieberry cobbler is another option for a sweet twist.

2016 Goat Bubbles Ampelos Vineyard

Sip this Bond-esque sparkler while listening to Goldfinger for maximum appreciation. The golden hue complements aromas of honeycomb, apricot and clementine peel. The palate offers refreshing green apple flavors. This exquisite multi-dimensional wine has matured into a classic Blanc de Noirs. Pair with caviar on blini, coconut prawns, cheese platter or angel food cake. It’s perfect for your New Year’s toast! Winemaker Norm Yost’s Midas touch produced the gold standard with this sparkling wine. We dare you to lay this girl down, just as James Bond would do.
