Our Story

The (Mad) Hatter Exhibit & Reception

Visit us at the Flying Goat Cellars Tasting Room to see Proprietor Kate Griffith's recently curated hat exhibit. With over fifty hats collected over fifty years, Winemaker Norm Yost now calls her "The Mad Hatter.”

A reception will be held on Friday, March 29, 4-6pm. Ladies, break out your favorite Easter bonnet. Gents, dig into your closet for a fun chapeau too. Kate says, “Let’s get playful!”

We're showing you some love with a great price on this tasty bubbles. The golden color of this lovely sparkler is reminiscent of a D'Anjou pear. Enjoy hints of kumquat and pear on the palate. The acidity and backbone of Chardonnay shine through on this elegant sparkler, along with the perfect blend of Pinot Noir. The wine is mesmerizing like the Golden Fleece, a symbol of authority and kingship. A stand-alone sparkler, perfect for the transition from day to dusk.
