A new season is finally dawning on the Central Coast. The rain is diminishing and the temperatures are warming. We've endured an anomaly of extreme weather over the past three months. The worst is behind us. It's time to celebrate all the joys of spring. Enjoy two old favorite wines with 25% off/bottle or 30% off/case.
2016 Goat Bubbles Crémant
An exciting fireworks display of bubbles on the palate complements the lovely balance of citrus and brioche. Aromas of tangerine skin, citrus blossom and under-ripe peach lift from out of the glass. Pair this tangy, playful wine with fresh seafood dishes such as oysters mignonette or trout meunière.
2016 Pinot Noir Solomon Hills Vineyard
Seductive, luscious and luxurious. This robust Pinot features aromatics of bitter-sweet cocoa, coffee and deep forest floor. Underpinnings of ripe red cherry and plum are accented with tones of dried cranberry and red currant on the palate. Balanced tannin creates a rich mouthfeel.
A favorite of our cellar master Andre Baltazar, he describes the processing of this wine as “gently shepherding the fruit into its full potential with minimal intervention.”
