Wine Club member and friend Dennis Van Alphen, is also an accredited sommelier, Champagne and sparkling wine specialist. He recently brought to our attention Flying Goat Cellars' inclusion in Christie's World Encyclopedia of Champagne & Sparkling Wine, Fourth Edition, Vol 2, by Tom Stevenson & Essi Avellan MW. This volume is the "Bible" for some in the industry and bubbles enthusiast. What an honor!
