February Wine Club Release
Happy New Year from our Flying Goat Team! We have an exciting year ahead with our Silver (25th) Anniversary and we'll be keeping you in the loop at every step. We are working out the details for one more Winemaker Dinner at La Purisima Mission. This has always been a popular event so please mark your calendars for May 3 now. We have Full of Life Flatbread tentatively booked for catering the event. Norm and I enjoyed New Year's Eve Dinner there and were overwhelmed with a plethora of amazing dishes that were new to us. We'll be selecting from that menu to share with you!
From a more technical standpoint, we're using a new system on Bloom/Shopify for our Wine Club batch runs. It will allow members to add on sale wines to their order, as well as make other updates. Members can still rely on us to take care of their additional wine purchases or other changes. The system is new to us and we're easing into it slowly. Please bear with us as we muddle through a learning curve.
DETAILS FOR FEBRUARY WINE CLUB RELEASE
Please Read Carefully!
We will begin running member credit cards on Monday, February 3, for our Wine Club February releases. Please email changes to update your billing address, pick-up status, shipping address or add more wine to your order by Friday, January 31. Please call 805-736-9032 to update your credit card number. We still offer $25 flat rate shipping ground/home delivery so be sure to stock up on our wine specials in your order. Case wine club members still have shipping included in all orders.
We will host a Pick-Up Party on Saturday, February 8, 4-6pm at the Tasting Room. We look forward to seeing you and tasting the new release wines with some light snacks. Please RSVP so that we can have an accurate head count.
We will ship the wines on February 10. Please check your receipt to verify that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and will pass any redirect or return fees on to the customer. We do not ship to the following states: AK, HI, UT, AR, MS, AL, DE and NH.
