It is a blend of barrels of Pinot Noir from across our Flying Goat Cellars portfolio. Very fruit forward and drinkable now so YNOT give it a try? Burgers and Burgundy (Pinot Noir) is a perfect pairing.

This fun, fresh wine is reminiscent of the crisp and fruit forward wines of Chablis. Once you pour the wine into your glass you’ll notice the enticing aromas of fresh citrus, white flowers and Bosc pears. On the palate the flavors lean towards ripe lemons, which integrate nicely with the textured mid-palate.

The wine pairs easily with a cheese omelet, crab cakes or Dijon tarragon chicken. Also, you will enjoy it with fresh fruit, such as pears or apples, with an aged white cheddar cheese and some close friends.
