2017 Pinot Noir, Bien Nacido Vineyard, Santa Maria Valley AVA ($65 Retail)
The 40 year old vines struggled to ripen the fruit and created a leaner and vibrant expression this vintage. The pomegranate color of this vintage is unique. A hint of dark chocolate covered black cherries and dried cranberries delights the nose. Subtle expressions of smoked jerky and coffee grounds are displayed on the palate. Pair with roasted marinaded chicken, arugula pesto pasta or grilled cedar plank pork. Dark chocolate with sea salt is another option. 127 cases produced; Pinot Noir clone 13 (Martini). Wine Enthusiast 93 pts.

25% off/bottle =$48.75 or 30% off/case = $546

2018 Goat Bubbles Brut Cuvée, Rio Vista & Sierra Madre Vineyards, Santa Barbara AVAs (Retail $49)
Tiny bubbles and pale straw color delights the eye. There is zero dosage, perfect as nature intended it. Enjoy yellow pear, lemon peel, chalk and flint on the nose. The palate is well-balanced, like two acrobatic rock-and-roll dancers, and shows textured flavors of apricot, 7Up and pastry dough. One of our Ambassadors noted that this wine is the "Elysian Fields of the palate." Pair with sushi, chilled shrimp and caper lemon or fried calamari. Cheese, such as Humboldt Fog and truffle goat, are tasty options. Dessert pairing includes nectarine cobbler with vanilla ice cream for the home run.  147 cases produced; Pinot Noir clone 2A & Chardonnay clone 15.

25% off/bottle =$36.75 or  30% off/case = $411.69
