Our 2014 Blanc de Blancs, made from Santa Maria Valley Chardonnay, has notes of pippin apples and white peaches, with hints of vanilla, that add to creaminess on the mid palate. Enjoy this sparkler with roasted pork tenderloin, pasta primavera with a white sauce, grilled sea bass or tilapia. Mild sheep’s milk cheese, such as Cypress Grove's Lamb Chopper, is also a great pairing.
