Winemaker Dinner at La Purisima Mission

Chef/Owner Clark Staub is renowned for bringing the Full of Life Flatbread experience outside of his restaurant. He has baked and prepared food for small, intimate gatherings, as well as events for 300 or more. Using seasonal and local ingredients, he specializes in creating menus designed for unique dining experiences. 

This will be Flying Goat's fifteenth dining experience in the romantic, rustic setting of the historic Franciscan mission located outside of Lompoc. Unwind in the rich cultural ambiance of the mission as Winemaker Norm Yost pours Goat Bubbles sparkling wine in the mission garden, followed by a flight of our finest wines paired with tasty courses in the nearby dining room seating 38 guests. 

The dinner will reflect the grand achievements of Flying Goat's 25 years as a part of Santa Barbara County’s amazing culinary and wine community.  There's no better way to celebrate than with great company, great food and even better wine.

La Purísima Mission State Historic Park is the most completely restored mission in California. It offers a bucolic and relaxed setting for special events, surrounded by historic buildings. Our event is held at The Historic Mission Garden and La Sala. Arrive early to visit The Main Church and The Padre’s Chapel.  

Another community partner, ExploreLompoc, is a great resource for local lodging and dining options, as well as other useful information about Lompoc Valley. 

PLEASE NOTE:

• Tickets are non-refundable. However, all seats are transferable! You are welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the event with the new guest’s name and information.
• Purchased tickets are dinner-specific, and can not be transferred to another dinner.
• Guests must be 21+ to attend. IDs will be checked upon arrival. In order to allow all guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited enjoyment, we respectfully ask that no children attend our dinners.
• Due to the nature of the dinner venue, dietary requests must be made at least 5 days before the event.
