Tasting Notes
This tasty sparkler has tiny bubbles and a rich gold color, just perfect for the Golden Hour before sunset. Bring on the hors d'oeuvres. Enjoy the scent of French bread crust, pear and golden delicious apple on the nose. A tangy sashay of lemon zest is complemented by the roundness of ripe white peaches and an elegant, rich mouthfeel. The finish will catapult you like a Falcon in flight. "Feeling Fly like a G6”! No dosage on this perfect sparkler.
Vineyard Notes
The 2019 is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir Clone 2A from Rio Vista Vineyard and 20% Chardonnay Clone 15 from Sierra Madre Vineyard.
Winemaker Notes
We use the term Cuvée to specifically indicate a blend, a wine produced from a mixture of several grape varieties, rather than a varietal wine. Our other five sparklers are single varietal and single vineyard. Thus, our Cuvée will vary in the blend from year to year and always be a pleasant surprise.
