“Pear-flesh, honeysuckle and dried lemon-peel aromas converge on the nose of this bottling. There's a sharp line of yellow-grapefruit peel to the palate, where a wet white-rock minerality adds subtle complexity.” said Matt Kettmann, Wine Enthusiast Editor. Pair with popcorn drizzled with Tres Osos olive oil, sea salt and a good movie, or grilled snapper. This wine will also pair nicely with a fruit plate or hors-d'œuvre. 93 cases produced; Chardonnay clone 15. Wine Enthusiast 89 pts.
