Dale Barba joined our team to work in the cellar in 2024. With the anticipated departure of our Cellar Master André Baltazar, Dale was trained by André and quickly promoted to Norm's right hand man. Dale found his way to the wine industry after he retired from a career in tech. We first met him while he was working in the cellar at Alma Rosa Winery, our neighbor in the Lompoc Wine Ghetto. We are thrilled to have Dale's meticulous attention to detail in our cellar!
